Accounts

Purchases and delivery

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Digital products, AI tool access and course access are delivered to your account after payment is confirmed. Some items are delivered manually within a stated window.

Acceptable use

• Do not resell or redistribute access unless a product explicitly allows it
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or abuse the platform
• Do not share another person's credentials without permission

Shared subscriptions

Shared plans are subject to the terms of the underlying provider. We are not responsible for changes a third-party provider makes to their own service.

Limitation of liability

KellyAi is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
