Shared Subscription Terms

These terms apply specifically to shared subscription plans purchased on KellyAi.

How shared plans work

A shared plan lets multiple members split the cost of a premium subscription. You pay for a slot and receive access for the plan's stated duration.

Member responsibilities

• Use your access personally and do not change shared account settings, passwords or profiles
• Do not remove or disrupt other members
• Respect the underlying provider's own terms of service

Access and availability

Access depends on the third-party provider remaining available. If a provider suspends or changes a plan, we will work to restore access or offer a fair resolution, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Ending a plan

When a plan's duration ends, access stops unless you renew. Misuse of a shared plan may result in removal without refund.
